The 3six12 is a newly introduced xc mtb endurance race taking place at Newnham Park in Plymouth, Devon. This park is a renowned xc venue that has previously hosted the Grundig Mountain Bike World Cup series. The event organizer, South West Mountain Biking, also holds regional xc races and the Winter Wake Up 3hr race at this location.

3six12 offers 12, 6, and 3-hour race options for solo riders, pairs, and teams, all commencing at 11 am on Saturday. The race will be digitally timed, with live results available continuously. There will be a transition area for pairs and teams to change riders within the main race area.

This year we are very excited to also be hosting the Exposure lights solo 12&6 hour national championships. If you have entered either the 12 or 6 hour solo category you will automatically be entered into the champs. 

The event kicks off on Friday, 26th July, with the campsite opening at noon. Children's races are scheduled for 6 pm and short track racing at 7 pm on Friday evening. A marquee will be set up for the event, featuring music throughout the evening, and a selection of excellent catering companies will be present, allowing attendees to eat, cheer, and enjoy the evening's races in our event village. Saturday hosts the main event, with all categories starting in a mass start from 11 am to 11 pm. The team has crafted an exceptional course around the estate, incorporating some of Newnham's signature sections like Cottage Return, Bomb Holes, Paintball, and Riverside Run. The course is designed to be enjoyable for all skill levels, with easier alternatives provided for the few technical sections.

Weekend camping is included in the entry fee for all competitors, which covers one pitch, so competitors are encouraged to bring friends and family to share their tent. Additional camping spots for non-competitors are available for purchase. The campsite is equipped with running water, showers, and toilets.
