The 3six12 is back for it's second edition in 2025. Hosted in the fantastic Newnham park, Plymouth on the weekend of the 25th-28th July. 
 

This year we are proud to be hosting the Magicshine lights 24 and 12 hour championships  

By popular demand the event has doubled in length this time from 12 hour to 24 hour, alongside the other 3,6 and 12 hour categories the 24 hour will be a welcomed addition. We are also running a brand new catgegory called the "Split 6", this allows you to race 3 hours Saturday and 3 hours Sunday with your overall time counting towards your result. Sounds easy doesn't it? We expect both the 24 and split 6 to be very popular so don't hang around to get your entry in.

The venue carries it's own rich history of xc racing including some world cup races in the 90's and more recently National and regional xc races, it is full of mtb niceness and features and if you haven't been to Newnham before we are in no doubt that you will love it, from singletrack descents to open woodland tracks and a variety of features it really is a pleasure to ride.

Venue opens 12 noon

Main course open for practice from 1pm-6pm (13+yrs)

Childrens races from 6pm

Saturday 26th

Main course open for practice from 8am- 11am

11am race briefing in main arena

12 noon Race starts

3pm 3hr and split 6 finish

6pm 6hr finish

12pm 12hour finish

Sunday 27th

9am split 6 restart

12noon All catergories finish

1pm podiums for all categories

Monday 28th

Campsite closes 12 noon

Camping and facilities

With the British cycling national champs being held at Woody's bike park in Cornwall the week before our event we are going to offer camping from Wednesday 23rd, This is a flat rate of £10 per person for Wednesday and Thursday night. Camping from Friday is included in your entry fee. 

There will be loads of trackside camping availble but this is strictly on a "first come, first served" basis so if you require trackside it is advisable to arrive Friday afternoon.

Showers and toilets will be provided on site as is drinking water.

*please note that non competitors who wish to camp on an additional pitch to a competitor are welcome but must pay for their pitch.
